ORDERS/BACKORDERS
Depending on the availability of the items you order, we will process your order within seven (7) business days. If we are out of stock of merchandise, and we know that we can restock those items in a reasonable amount of time, your order may be withheld a few days. You will be notified via email of backorder and your order will be held until merchandise is received. If merchandise is required prior to receipt of backorder, please notify us via email (link to contact us). When backorder is received, an additional handling and shipping charges will be processed. If customer is contacted (i.e., problem with order, credit card is declined, etc.) there will be an additional charge of $2.00 added to your order. Overnight shipping is processed in order of receipt. Parcel Post Additional Surcharges - These additional charges are applied if the parcel is more than 34 inches long or 17 inches high or 17 inches wide. Most paint by number parcels fall within this surcharge. If a parcel post order falls within this category, Craft-Stop will ship the order via PRIORITY MAIL.
DISCOUNTS
We offer discounts to church, civic, and charity organizations, professional crafters, senior citizens, teachers, Foreign Service and military personnel.
INTERNATIONAL PROCESSING CREDIT CARD FEE
Non-US Orders: Our credit card processor is now charging an International Handling Charge on International Credit Cards. An International Credit Card fee will be added to non-US orders.
RETURN ORDERS
Returned merchandise requires authorization prior to return. If merchandise is returned without authorization, it will be refused. Requests for returns must be made within 30 days from invoice date. To send an email request, go back to the home page and click the button "contact us" located at the top of the page. Only unopened packages will be accepted. All returned merchandise is subject to a 15% restocking fee.
SHIPPING
Shipping depends on weight, location, and method of shipment. OVERNIGHT shipping is not determined when item is ordered (received), but when order is processed. We ship via USPS using Express, Priority Mail and Parcel Post in the USA, Priority Mail and First Class for International orders. All shipping costs are actual cost charged by USPS. Craft-Stop does not markup shipping costs to its customers. Handling/Insurance estimate: $4.00-$9.00. This may include costs for delivery confirmation. If an order is returned to us by the United States Postal Service (USPS) due to a wrong address that you submitted or for any other reason that is not our error, and we re-ship it to you with the corrected address, we will have to charge your credit card for the cost of re-sending your order (handing charge and shipping). If you refuse your order shipped via USPS and it is returned to us, you, the consumer, are liable for the cost of shipping the parcel to you and the cost of the return charged by USPS.
